Antonella is a very beautiful country villa in a picturesque olive grove near the historical village of Palaia. It is a former farmhouse restored in 2014 and turned into a luxury villa that joins the typical features of Tuscan rural architecture, like wooden beam ceilings and terracotta tiling, with refined contemporary design.
On the first floor is a modern kitchen joining a comfortable dining room, one bathroom and one double bedroom with a direct access to the garden.
The second floor is accessible through a typical stone staircase outdoor or through a fine internal metal staircase. On the second floor is a large lounge with huge Tuscan fireplace and sitting area joining two double bedrooms and one bathroom.
The master bedroom of the villa is in a little tower accessible by the internal staircase. It is a very romantic room with en-suite bathroom and breathtaking view over the charming hills surrounding the property.
The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove in which a panoramic swimming pool with solarium equipment is accommodated. The house has an original wood burning oven as well as a barbecue for unforgettable dinners outdoor either in the courtyard or in a comfortable loggia with dining table.
The whole unit is airconditioned and served by WIFI.
The location is ideal to reach Florence, Lucca and Pisa within one hour driving. Villages with boutique shops or large shopping centers are all within a few minutes driving.
